Your journey towards leadership greatness begins from within. Through a series of guided self-exploration exercises with group and individual coaching support, you will become more self-aware and gain deeper insights into your natural talents and abilities. You will walk away with enhanced decision-making ability to build a cohesive career compass that aligns your destination with your strengths and authentic leadership skills.
Foundational cooperation and coordination skills are essential for success at organizations with an international presence. This interactive module equips you with the ability to identify and cultivate your social capital, conduct crucial conversations with stakeholders, and enhance both individual and collective decision-making leveraging the collective intelligence and the applications of generative AI tools.
Building connections and learning from role models is a vital component as you begin to explore the international organization landscape. This module is comprised of seven career development seminars that will feature prominent senior leaders working in frontline international-focused and non-profit organizations. These seminars give you the opportunity to explore diverse career pathways in the field and discover resources to continue your skill development long after the program has concluded.
In this module, you will engage in a case simulation and role-play scenario to address key challenges encountered in international organizations. Each participant will assume a designated role with tailored materials and negotiations partners to explore strategic choices and interpersonal skills that impact negotiation outcomes. By delving into shared case studies, you gain insights into diverse negotiation approaches and real-world experiences, enhancing your ability to employ effective negotiation strategies in professional settings.
The social impact career trek will take you outside the classroom and into the heart of organizations spearheading social impact-driven work. During these visits, you will have the opportunity to engage with industry leaders, observe organizational operations firsthand, and experience the practical implementation of social innovation in real-world settings.
